Heather D’Adamo is a self made woman. She is that rare success story who began at the bottom of her company as a freshly licensed sales associate, and through hard work, dedication, and integrity, is now the broker and owner of Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate, Inc.

Heather earned her real estate salesperson license in 1999. During her time in the field as a sales associate, she earned membership into the exclusive Coldwell Banker Six Million Dollar Club and the Coldwell Banker Diamond Society. She was also awarded the Top Ten Company Best Awards for listings taken and sold by volume, listings sold by units, buyer controlled sales by volume, and buyer controlled sales by units. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) with the Real Estate Buyers Agent Counsel (REBAC) and serves on the Multiple Listing Service Committee of the Pocono Mountains Association of Realtors.

Heather achieved her associate broker license in 2004, becoming a Sales Manager and the Operations Manager of Northampton County Acquisitions. In 2007, she purchased all seven offices of Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate, the largest independently owned and operated real estate company in northeast Pennsylvania, serving Monroe, Lehigh, Pike, Carbon, Northampton and Wayne counties, with offices located in Blakeslee, Brodheadsville, Mt. Pocono, Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg, and the Stroud Mall.
