Libbie brings more than 15 years of real estate experience to her position. She is a member of Coldwell Banker’s Multi-Million Dollar Club and was named to the Coldwell Banker Sterling Society, an honor for individuals who achieve $110,000 closed adjusted gross commission income or 25 closed units. This distinction is a level achieved by only 18 percent of the more than 126,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system. She is an active member of the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS and was elected to the board of directors for 2008-2009.

She holds the Accredited Buyer Representation designation by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council, Inc., of the National Association of REALTORS and is a member of the Pennsylvania Assocation of REALTORS. She holds the Negotiation, E-Marketing and Certified New Home Specialist designations and is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists. Libbie is a graduate of the REALTOR Institute and earned her associates degree from Coldwell Banker University. Libbie has been awarded the Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate 2007 award of excellence as one of the top 5 agents for buyer controlled sales by unit.
