• Lender evaluates the application and approves the loan
• Search Begins
• You find the home you want
• You make an offer
• Seller accepts your offer
• Closing Date is Set
• Lender disburses funds to the closing agent
• Closing documents are signed
• Documents are recorded at the County's Recorder Office
• The Home is Sold and It is Yours!
