Nancy Bittner has been in the real estate business full time for 19 years.
She worked for 9 years with a Coldwell Banker Office in Clinton NJ
receiving many awards over the years including the prestigious Presidents
Club.
As Manager of Weichert Realtors, where she managed for 5 very
successful years, she received the Presidents Club Award for
Weichert management putting her in the top 1% of all the managers
within the company. Nancy then opened her own Real Estate Franchise,
Assist 2 Sell in the Clinton NJ area. After 2 years she was in the top 20%
of all the Assist 2 Sell offices.
Nancy brings with her an incredible amount of knowledge,
professionalism and experience to her new position as
the Director of Career Development. Nancy has her PA.
Associate Brokers License; she is licensed as a broker/Salesperson
in NJ and also has her Real Estate Instructors License. She is a
Graduate of the Realtor Institute and also a certified Senior Real
Estate Specialist. She belongs to the HSAR Board and the GSMLS in
NJ as well as the Lehigh Valley and Pocono Mountain Associations in Pa.
Nancy has 2 lovely daughters Amanda and Cynthia who are both married
and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She especially
enjoys serving in her church and was involved in Big Brothers and
Big Sister for several years. Her favorite pass time is spending
time with her yellow Labrador 'Reggie."
Nancy will be spending a great deal of time in all our locations and she
will maintain a "home" office at our East Stroudsburg location. She can

John Butchkoski is the sales manager of the East Stroudsburg office of Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate. He has been with the company since 1981, when it was originally known as just Phyllis Rubin Real Estate. He holds an Associate Broker license and the Premiere Office award for 1999 and 2004.
John is an avid world traveler, and is also known for a wide array of pursuits, including, flying, running, target shooting, kayaking, motorcycling, and skiing. He has three children. |

Richard E. Carroll is an avid golfer and resident of the golf community, the Country Club of the Poconos, where he lives with his beautiful girlfriend Ronda and her mother and daughter. He has three children, seven grand children, and last but not least, a miniature Doberman named Ren who will bark to “Who Let The Dogs Out” on command. |

Donna DiBernard joined Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate in 2005. She is a member of the Pocono Mountains Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She enjoys crafts and traveling, is the grand mother of five, and is on the lookout for husband number four! |

Diana DiMino is a seventh grade English teacher at J.T. Lambert Intermediate School. She has been teaching there for three years. She is also the yearbook club advisor and the assistant soccer coach for the boys team.
Diana holds a bachelor of arts degree in English literature, and a masters of education degree in education from East Stroudsburg University. She enjoys activities that keep her healthy, like jogging, tennis, and exercising. Diana is a member of the National, Pennsylvania, and Pocono Mountains Associations of Realtors. |

Tara Donnelly’s interests include art, camping, and real estate. She and her husband enjoy building one house per year for resale. Together they have three young boys. |

Dana Foley has been with Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate since 2005.
Dana’s volunteer experience includes serving as a board member of the American Red Cross and the Event Planner for the Run for the Red Pocono Mountains Marathon. Prior to entering the field of real estate, she earned her bachelors degree in social work and served as a case worker in Long Island, New York, where she was born and raised. Her unique background also includes time spent as a pro tennis instructor.
Dana has extensive experience with investment real estate, having renovated and sold several properties herself. She also enjoys finding that perfect dream home for first time home buyers and making sure they get the best deal possible. She has been awarded the Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate 2007 award of excellence as one of the top 5 agents for buyer controlled sales by volume/unit and one of the top 3 agents for commission generated.
When Dana isn’t working, she can often be found traveling (being married to a commercial airline pilot has its perks), running, snowboarding, canoeing, kayaking, and playing tennis or golf. She is currently in training for the Pocono Marathon. Her time at home is split between her two “children,” Maine Coon cats Jake and Flash. |

Donna Nacarlo Hendrickson has three years experience as a real estate agent, and is a member of the Pocono Mountains Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Donna lives in the West End and has three children in the Pleasant Valley school district. She loves the Pocono outdoor lifestyle. Her other interests include art, music, traveling, motorcycling (as a passenger of course), skydiving, and scuba diving. She dreams of going to Europe to see and experience the country her family has come from, and one day having an oceanfront home on a tropical beach.

Diane Hinson has been with Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate for six years. She is an e-Marketing Specialist with Coldwell Banker and an Accredited Buyers Representative with the Real Estate Buyers Agent Counsel.
Diane’s hobbies include singing and reading. She loves going to church with her mom and, when she finds the time to travel, trips to New York. She enjoys spending time with her five siblings and her beautiful nine-year-old daughter.

Cynthia Lynch has been with Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate for 20 years. She came to the Poconos from Hackensack, N.J. She is a graduate of the Floyd Wickman training program.
Cynthia has been very active in the Pocono community. She has served on the Board of Directors of Womens Resources, Neighbors, Eagle Valley Senior Housing, and is the founder of the African American Network.
During her years at Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin she has received corporate awards for the Sterling and Diamond Society. She has also received Coldwell Bankers Phyllis Rubin’s Spirit Award as well as Top Listing and Selling Agent awards. Cynthia has been awarded the Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate 2007 award of excellence as one of the top 5 agents for buyer controlled sales by volume/unit and #1 sales associate for least amount of expired listings.
Cynthia is a member of the Pocono Mountains Association of Realtors, and serves on their Education Committee. She is
also a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
Cynthia is the mother of two, grandmother of four, and great-grandmother of three. She is proud of her five generation family that’s happy and healthy. She is an avid Pinochle player and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. |

Maria is an experienced real estate professional who is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals and dreams. She is a member of the Pocono Mountain Board of Realtors as well as the Chamber of Commerce and is known for her hard work and community involvement. Maria attended Northampton County College for fashion merchandising and has a strong background in retail management as well as experience as an Arraignment Coordinator for the Monroe County District Attorney’s office.
Maria loves spending her free time with her close knit family, friends and baby dog Otis.

Charles E. McQuillan is a retired Construction Project Manager. He also managed a limited partnership investing in real estate in New York, New Jersey, and Puerto Rico. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Bushkill Seniors, and the Seniors at Saint John’s. Charlie has been awarded the Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate 2007 award of excellence for company spirit.

Nicole Murray has been with Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate for seven years, during which time she has earned the designations of e-Marketing Specialist and Negotiation Specialist. She is a graduate of the Floyd Wickman training program.
Nicole’s volunteer experience includes building homes with Habitat for Humanity, and two years on the Multiple Listing Service Committee for the Pocono Mountains Association of Realtors. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Nicole worked as a case manager in outpatient mental health services, and as a ski instructor for Camelback Ski Resort.
Nicole was born and raised in the Poconos. She enjoys skiing and kayaking, and lives with her two rottweilers, Tessa and Lucas. |
