Sonya Billianis has been with Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate for over four years. She is a graduate of the Floyd Wickman training program, a member of the Coldwell Banker Million Dollar Club (2006, 2007), a member of the Presidents Circle (2003, 2004), and was awarded Company Best Buyer Controlled Sales in 2004 and 2005. She was also named to the Coldwell Banker Sterling Society in 2005.

Kristine Collis has been with Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate since 2005, having started her real estate career in California in 1994. Kris is well known for her travel, volunteer, and literacy programs, having served for three years with an humanitarian organization at national headquarters, Nairobi. While living in Kenya, Kris worked placing volunteers and as a church youth leader. She has also served as student counselor at three university and college campuses.
In financial services, Kris developed and implemented training programs for branch offices of Merrill Lynch Trust company coast to coast. Kris then designed online delivery and management assessment programs for Merrill Lynch International. |

Blanca Cordero has been with Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate since 1999. She is a Multi-Million Dollar Producing award winner, and a member of the Coldwell Banker Premier Office winner in 2003. Blanca is also a graduate of the Floyd Wickman Sweathogs training program and an e-Marketing Specialist designee. Blanca has been awarded the Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate 2007 award of excellence-above and beyond award.
Blanca is a member of the Pocono Gardening Club, and is also an avid bowler. She is a committee member for Troop 86 of the Boy Scouts of America. Blanca was married in 1977 to her husband Charlie. Together they have one son, Andrew, who is working on becoming an Eagle Scout with Troop 86.

Sandra Fisher is a graduate of the Pocono Real Estate Academy. Prior to becoming a real estate agent and joining Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate, Sandra owned a farming operation called Cherry Valley Apiaries. She is a former territory manager and member representative for the National Federation of Independent Business, past Pennsylvania representative to the National Honey Marketing Board, and past president and vice president of the Pennsylvania State Beekeepers Association. She is a current member of the Pocono Mountains Chamber of Commerce. |

Gloria F. Green has been with Coldwell Banker Phyllis Rubin Real Estate for 3 years. In that time she has earned the e-Pro designation, and is well on her way to earning the Accredited Buyers Representative designation and becoming a graduate of the Realtor Institute.
Gloria is passionate about her community service. She is a pastor of her church in Irlington, New Jersey, serves as Chair of the Education Committee of the Pocono Mountains Association of Realtors, and also serves the Secretary for their Board of Directors. She enjoys spending her free time with her son and daughter, reading, writing music, and planning retreats and workshops. Gloria is also working toward her Masters Degree in Christian Education. |

Bobby Sepolen has been a resident of Stroudsburg for 11 years, where he lives with his wife Rosa. Married for 21 years, they have two children together, and six grand children.
