Heather, I would like to take the time and let you know what a wonderful
Agent you have working for you. Kris Collis certainly went above and beyond what we could have expected of her. While the purchase for a new home went relatively smooth, we are grateful for all the work she did to find us our new home. The home is exactly what we were looking for and Kris fulfilled our requirements with such ease and was so easy to work with.

The attempted first closing of our old home did not go so smoothly. There
were FHA issues, which no one could foresee and the sale fell through. The second closing did go smoothly and Kris did an extraordinary job of "saving the day." When my husband and I thought that we would possibly have to rent the home, our prayers were answered with the perfect buyer and of course the perfect Agent. Kris has done more than we could have ever hoped for. Her knowledge of the market, her remarkable ability to see when something may
not be headed in the right direction and especially her attention to detail
did not go unnoticed. Kris was an absolute pleasure to work with, although
she may not have said that about me. Ha ha. I know I was difficult and
Kris handled me, the selling and purchasing of our homes with such grace and
professionalism, that I would recommend her to anyone.

I want to say thank you to her and to Coldwell Banker. We are so happy and
again, grateful for all Kris did for us.

My Husband and I wish to commend your organizations for the excellent service we have received. In January of 2008, we placed our rental property in Stroudsburg under your property management program. Our tenants deal directly with your agents Blanca Cordero.

Ms Cordero has been exceedingly efficient and professional in all dealings. Our tenants underwent a (hopefully) temporary financial problem, which required Ms. Cordero to spend much extra time and effort to collect the rents.
